You don't need a finished design. You don't need to know the technical name of the style. And you definitely don't need to have every detail figured out.
A few things help us understand where to start:

The idea
Tell us what you'd like to get tattooed. A few sentences are enough.

Placement
Where on the body are you thinking? If possible, send a clear photo of the area.

Size
An approximate size in centimeters is ideal. If you're unsure, give us a rough idea — palm-sized, forearm, full upper arm, etc.

References
Send any images that communicate what you have in mind. Tattoos, photographs, artwork, sketches, screenshots — anything that helps us understand the direction.
References are there to communicate an idea, not to reproduce another artist's work.

Your artist
If you already have a Heavy Ink artist in mind, let us know. If you don't, that's completely fine — we'll help direct the project to the artist whose work fits it best.

Location
Let us know whether you'd like your appointment in Shkodër or Tirana.

Availability
Tell us roughly when you'd like to come in and any dates or days that work particularly well for you.
Don't have it
all figured out?
